Annual Honor Band
The Department of Music will host its annual Honor Band March 14-16, 2008. This year a record number of 170 students from throughout the Southeast will attend and bring their musical talents to the ASU campus. The weekend will feature a concert by the ASU Wind Ensemble on Friday night, followed by a weekend full of rehearsals and master classes, and ending with a gala concert on Sunday afternoon by all of the participants. Two bands will be conducted by Dr. Carly Johnson, Dr. Kara Washington, and Mr. Jeffrey Hughley.

Department of Music Auditions
The Department of Music will be holding one of its regularly scheduled audition days on Saturday, March 8. Students interested in majoring in music or participating in one of the many ensembles are encouraged to attend.
